From Monday to Friday in the morning and afternoon the community center in Ribeira Bote offers free educational support, complementary to the regular school.
The group of participants for the educational program is selected in collaboration with the school management of Ribeira Bote. Profiles of the participating children are handed out and the program is adapted to the learning difficulties. The team of teachers works specifically on difficulties, supports the participants individually, consolidates and closes gaps in the school material. Participants can clarify doubts and receive support with homework and for exam preparation. In the weekly schedule for the participants is always a balance with activities in the areas of sports, art and leisure. Beside the weekly activities the children have the possibility to participate in leisure activities at the weekend such as excursions, area clean ups, sport actvivities and more.
